5 stages of the buying process:
Continue to have a dialogue with your customer regarding information about the product. Maybe you can contact them via e-mail with news, give them the chance to download an e-book from your webpage or show a video clip that demonstrates benefits of the product along with its quality. The main focus here is to make your customer feel important and satisfied with the purchase.
